Sourdough Bread

All of our sourdough breads are traditional sourdough using a natural wild yeast, called levain. They take 40 hours from start to finish. Dense and chewy with a slightly sour flavour.

Fruit Pies - 10inch

All of our fruit pies are made from our own pie fillings, fresh apples and fruits. No canned fruits or fillings allowed! Our pastry is our own recipe and is flaky and flavourful. Some of our fruit pie varieties are apple, peach, cherry, wild blueberry, razzleberry (raspberries & blackberries), blackberry, Dutch apple, blackberry apple, blueberry mango, Saskatoon, and whatever fruit variety we want to try next.

Cream Pies - 9inch

Banana Coconut Lemon Chocolate Our cream pies are all made from scratch, including the graham and chocolate crusts. The pudding is made from fresh eggs, milk, cream and a small amount of sugar so they’re not too sweet. Topped with fresh whipped cream makes these a wonderful dessert.

Cookies

Our cookies are homemade and actually taste homemade. We use only pure butter in all of our cookies and these are hand rolled/shaped. Varieties include crispy oatmeal, gingersnaps, double trouble (chocolate and butterscotch chips), chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip walnut, dark chocolate toffee pecan. We like to change up the varieties every week so check in with us to see what’s baking each week.
